RULES
GENERAL
Pets are not allowed.
Parties are not allowed.
Access to hotel facilities or villas is limited to registered guests. Each person NOT registered in the reservation will be subject to an additional fee.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises and inside the rooms. Doing so will generate a cost of 250 USD for cleaning purposes. Please ask at reception or to your concierge for the assigned smoking areas.
It is strictly forbidden to consume any type of illicit substance in the hotel and / or Villas.
Excessive noise is totally prohibited at all times. The guest is asked for special consideration regarding noise within the hours of 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., out of respect for the rest of the guests and our neighbors.
For all reservations, upon Check-In, a deposit is required for unexpected charges.
Guests and their visitors must behave in a respectful manner with our neighbors, our maintenance team, vendors, and concierge.
SECURITY
Please review the emergency exit routes posted inside your room and locate the route.
Please DO NOT leave valuables and personal items unsecured, each room has a safe for your use.
The hotel, Villa & Concierge team will NOT be responsible for lost items.
If the guest forgets any item, the shipping cost will be covered by the guest.
This property is suitable for children, however, guests are fully responsible for their safety and that of the minors accompanying them. As well as any inconvenience caused to the other guests.
Each time guests leave the property they must ensure that the doors and windows of their room or Villa are properly closed. We are not responsible for any damage or theft generated by leaving the property open and / or NOT using the provided safe. A fine of 50 UDS could be applied, if the property is found open with no guests inside and / or sleeping guests.
For security reasons, only providers established by the hotel and the Concierge team are allowed to enter the hotel, it is prohibited to allow other providers (external services, chef, etc.) to enter the hotel and villas.
DAMAGES
In case of loss of objects or damage to the property of the hotel or the Villa, caused by you or your companions, the cost of the same will be charged to your card.
Any damage to appliances, furniture or property in general must be reported as soon as possible to the host and may incur an additional charge.
Charges will be applied in case the towels and/or bedding show stains of dye, bronzer or some other product that cannot be removed during the cleaning process.
The loss of the keys will have a charge of 25 USD.
PREMISES
The pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The consumption of food and beverages is not allowed in the pool area.
The use of any type of glass in the pool area is prohibited.
The access to our cleaning and maintenance team at the scheduled times must be allowed.
THE STABON hotel:
Housekeeping service hours between: 9am - 4:30pm
VILLAS:
Housekeeping service hours: 9am - 3pm
Maintenance service hours: 9am - 3pm
ABOUT YOUR STAY
If you want to extend your stay, you must notify the reception in advance.
The Check-Out time is at 11:00 a.m. Not respecting this schedule, will generate an extra charge. If you require a late check out, it is necessary to request it in advance (One day before), for an extra cost, at reception or with the concierge team (Subject to availability).
INTERNET & ELECTRICITY
We care about our planet. Please turn off lights, air conditioners, fans and electronic devices when they are not necessary, to reduce energy consumption. Guests are not allowed to leave the air conditioning ON when they are not in the house.
It is important to know that Tulum is a developing town. On some occasions there may be electricity blackouts. We will always do what is in our power to fix the situation, but there
are things that are beyond our control.We are always available and ready to call the company if the service stops working, but we cannot be held responsible.We have the best internet provider, however, the internet in Tulum is not as efficient as in the big cities. GUEST AT THE VILLAS:
You can have a maximum of 4 guests during their stay. These guests are NOT allowed to stay overnight or sleep in the property. Doing so, will generate an extra cost per person, per day. Only guests registered in the reservation can stay overnight at the property.
Each guest NOT registered in the reservation will be subject to an additional fee.
Only beach towels can leave the property, for this purpose.
