Our chef services operate at the following set times:

Breakfast: 7:00 · 9:00 · 11:00
Lunch: 13:00 · 15:00
Dinner: 18:00 · 20:00 · 22:00

SERVICE DURATION

Each service lasts 3 hours, divided into:
1st hour: Preparation and cooking
2nd hour: Plating and table service
3rd hour: Kitchen cleaning

PRICING INFORMATION

  • Our prices do not include tips.

  • If you wish to pay in USD, please note that the exchange rate is subject to change.

  • To secure the USD rate, you may pay in advance at the time of booking.

  • If you choose to pay upon arrival, the price in MXN will remain exactly as quoted, while the USD amount may vary according to the exchange rate of the day.

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY

We sincerely value your time and appreciate your understanding as we coordinate our first-class services with carefully arranged logistics—including provider schedules, preparation times, ingredients, and dedicated spaces for execution. To offer you flexibility while maintaining our service standards, the following applies:

  • You may modify or cancel your service free of charge up to 10 days before your arrival.

  • After this period, cancellations are subject to a 50% fee of the total confirmed service cost.
    This policy is in place to honor the preparations already made on your behalf.

RESERVATION NOTICE

  • All services must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If you need a last-minute service, please check with your concierge for availability.
